You have entered the submission system for applicants, funding recipients and reviewers of calls of the Gesellschaft für Forschungsförderung NÖ.

All calls are announced with reference to the fields of action of the RTI Strategy of Lower Austria 2027, and a special focus within the specific fields of action is also possible.

An overview of the calls of a given year can be found in the current annual call program.

For applicants

Here you have the possibility to submit your funding application online. The processing and submission of a grant application is only possible during the submission phase of the respective call. Please register if you do not have an account yet. Your login from a previous submission system can still be used. If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one sent to you.

For the submission of applications, the call documents of the Gesellschaft für Forschungsförderung NÖ valid for the respective call are authoritative. Additionally, you will find application guidelines and an FAQ section for each current call.

For grant recipients

Reporting for all funded projects (also before 2021) is performed online in the submission system. After logging in, you will find the entry forms for reporting under my portal.

For reporting, the call documents of the respective call of the Gesellschaft für Forschungsförderung NÖ and the provisions in the grant agreements are authoritative.

Your login from the previous submission system can still be used. If you have forgotten your password, you can have a new one sent to you.

For reviewers

The proposals are evaluated online in the submission system, which provides the funding applications and the review form.

The general Evaluation Guidelines provides the baseline for the evaluation. Furthermore, the evaluators need to consider the call documents of the respective call.

Evaluators can log-in to the submission system. In case you have forgotten your password, please request a new one.
